We welcome new patients who live in our practice area (a map will be available here shortly).

Ask at reception for a registration form.
You will be also given a questionnaire to complete for each member of the family registering.
You will be offered an appointment for a new patient check with our health care assistant. This will be include a blood pressure, weight and urine check.

If you think you might have any problems accessing our services because of a disability, please let us know when you register.

Although you will be registered as a patient with the practice, you can express a preference as to the GP with which you wish to be registered. Please tell the receptionist at the time of registration and your preference will be recorded.
