These can be requested by ticking the items needed on your repeat prescription re-order form and leaving it in the box or posted to us. We ask that you do not telephone for a repeat. This helps to keep the phone free for emergencies.

If you circle one of the chemists at the bottom of the form, they will collect the prescription from us. We do ask that you stick to the same chemist to avoid confusion.

Processing the prescription takes 48 hours so make sure you order well in advance of your tablets running out.

You can now also request your repeat prescription on-line. This is a secure, encrypted service to ensure confidentiality. Go to www.patientgpservices.com to register. (You will need an email address of your own to register so if the whole family want to register you will need to enter different email addresses. You can simply set up a free hotmail account to get your own address.) Once we have approved your registration you can request your repeat medicines without leaving the comfort of your home. You can select one of the chemists to collect the prescription from us. In 48 hours (weekdays) from your request you will be able to pick up your tablets from the chemist.

It would be most helpful if all items required in the next month could be ordered at one time.
