We are currently looking at ways of improving access to routine surgeries.
In a survey carried out last summer, 74% of those patients who responded, wanted to keep the present open access system. Government guidelines now suggest that we should offer pre-booked appointments.
This means that we will be introducing an appointment system starting on Monday 4th September. If you have any suggestions or comments about this please feel free to speak to any member of staff or leave a written comment in our suggestion box.
