Ian Lindsay

The Practice Manager has overall responsibility for all administrative and financial aspects of the practice. Ian ensures the smooth daily operation of the surgery and a high standard of performance by the staff. He is the focal point for any management matters concerning the practice. If you have any concerns or comments regarding non-medical matters, he can be contacted by phone or e mail.

Our front line staff are trained to deal with all enquiries. They have a difficult job to do, with phone calls and enquiries descending on them from every direction so please be patient. They have to judge the urgency of your request, so please help them by providing them with the information they need. Provision can be made for you to speak confidentially with staff. They are all bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the rest of the team.
