| Reception staff |
Our front line staff are trained to deal with all enquiries. They have a difficult job to do, with phone calls and enquiries descending on them from every direction so please be patient. They have to judge the urgency of your request, so please help them by providing them with the information they need. Provision can be made for you to speak confidentially with staff. They are all bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the rest of the team.

| Nurses |
As well as general nursing such as wound dressings, blood pressure checks and travel advice, each of our nurses have an interest in particular diseases.

| Health Care assistant |
Margaret Jones has been trained to assist our nurses with tasks such as new patient checks, blood pressure recording and ECG's. Sian Rumble is also currently undertaking training to become a HCA (Healthcare Assistant).

| Disrict Nurses |
Sian, Jayne, Lowri, Linda and Sherry Anne are all members of the district nursing team who cover Ashleigh Surgery. They are based in Cardigan Hospital and can be contacted on 01239 621023.

| Midwife |
Carol Thomas is the midwife who covers Ashleigh Surgery - she can be contacted via Gwenllian ward in Bronglais Hospital on 01970 635633.

| Health Visitor |
Alison Salter is the health visitor who covers Ashleigh Surgery, although certain areas of our catchment area are covered by the Flying Start health visitors. Alison can be contacted in Cardigan Hospital on 01239 615978.
