Your call will be answered by trained personnel from a telephone answering service. In a serious emergency they will arrange for an ambulance to be despatched. You may receive advice from a trained nurse. Otherwise your call will be returned by a Doctor who may ask you to attend a treatment centre, arrange to visit you or give you advice.

It is very important that you give your contact details accurately and do not switch your phone to an answering machine or switch off a mobile.
